Ready to eat seafood platters perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re a grazer, picnicer or platterer our seafood platters will help get you event ready. Simply thaw Prawns, Smoked Salmon, Cooked Spanner Crab Meat + Serve.
This platter contains:
1.5KG Premium Whole Cooked Prawns
18 x Fresh Half Shell Oysters
1 x Tub Marinated Mussels (375g)
200g Smoked Salmon Strips
150g Cooked Spanner Crab Meat *This will be replacing the Jonah Crab Claws*
100g Smoked Salmon Mousse
Note: Our platters are are not shipped as presented. All goods are packaged individually and appropriately for transit. The platter itself must be assembled by the customer as the made up platters will not transport well via courier.
*Serving suggestion only. Accessories, sauces, garnishes, dishes, flowers not included
