Cooking Recommendation 🦀 🔥
These Crabs have be partially cooked them frozen. It is recommended that the Crab is steamed for 15 minutes prior to consumption.

  • Defrost blanched frozen crab completely

  • Remove the crab from the vacuum-packed pouch

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add a stream tray to lay the crab on to steam.

  • Lay the crab flat and upside down on the steam tray.

  • Steam for 15-20 minutes.

  • Once done, remove the crab and allow it to cool.

  • Once the crab has cooled, remove the legs from the body.

  • Place the legs under a tea towel and gently use a rolling pin or a soft hammer to crack the shell.

  • Once the cracks appear, use your hands to break the shell away from the crab meat and enjoy!
