Cooking Recommendation 🦀 🔥
These Crabs have be partially cooked them frozen. It is recommended that the Crab is steamed for 15 minutes prior to consumption.
Defrost blanched frozen crab completely
Remove the crab from the vacuum-packed pouch
Bring a pot of water to a boil, and add a stream tray to lay the crab on to steam.
Lay the crab flat and upside down on the steam tray.
Steam for 15-20 minutes.
Once done, remove the crab and allow it to cool.
Once the crab has cooled, remove the legs from the body.
Place the legs under a tea towel and gently use a rolling pin or a soft hammer to crack the shell.
Once the cracks appear, use your hands to break the shell away from the crab meat and enjoy!
