Beer Battered Snapper
Quick and easy delicious beer-battered Snapper. Simply cook in the deep-fryer or Oven Bake. Whilst all care has been taken to remove bones, the occasional bone may still be found. The size and weight of each fillet varies as natural fillets are used (not formed!)
Deep-fry:
Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry from frozen for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown
Oven Bake:
Pre-heat overn to 220°C. Bake from frozen for 25-28 minutes or until golden brown, turning half way through cooking.
500g = approx 4-5 pieces, 1KG = approx 9 pieces
