Morton Bay Bugs (Frozen, Individually Packed) Sweet, delicate and seriously impressive. These Morton Bay Bugs are snap frozen individually to lock in freshness, with each bug weighing 150–200g – perfect for portioning and special meals.

Best simply grilled or pan-fried in garlic butter, or sliced in half and barbecued shell-side down for a quick, luxe seafood dinner. A great addition to seafood platters too. Serve with lemon, herbs and a glass of something cold.
