As a wild-caught, small batch product we tray pack these for easier sale. Each pack will contain 5-10 pieces per tray, approx weight is indicative only.

First time experience to prepare fresh with shell! mmm? A guess ..6 scampi .laid flat to just fit in my brownie pan -boiling water half way up the scampi added Anoth lemon curd, dijon mustard about a tbsp of each & a little lemon juice About 4 mins turned 1 minute cool to shell!!OUCH! Remove the flesh SOOO sweet and tender..Amazing
