Bluefin Tuna Loins (Skinned & Boned)

Have not eaten yet but looks very good. Nice colour and good texture when cutting to sashimi size prior to freezing. Very good comparison to the Sth Australian farmed b/fin tuna which used to export to Japan fresh chilled for 12 years in the early 2000’s.

The tuna was very bloody and had a metallic taste as though it hadn’t been bleed properly when caught.

Items were vaccum sealed and in a small polystyrene box. It came faster than expected (ordered esrly hours Tuesday morning and arrived thursday 7am) and I ate it 3 days after its arrival. It was still super fresh thanks to the ice packing it came with.
100% would recommend.
