Swordfish Steaks (Fresh)

Fresh New Zealand caught Swordfish. Swordfish has a mildly sweet flavour and a moist, meaty texture with moderately high fat content - certainly a treat to have on your plate. Best enjoyed pan-fried with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

All fish is steaked by hand by our team as desired and packaged appropriately. As a fresh product, the fish can be frozen down.
