A fresh, beautifully simple fish stock made from real, whole ingredients with no unnecessary additives or preservatives - just the good stuff!

Designed to make seafood cooking easier, it’s a versatile base for seafood soups, chowders, risottos, paella, pasta, sauces, mussels, clams and poached fish dishes.

We put it to the test by pan-frying fresh tarakihi, pouring in the stock, then adding mussels and finishing with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Simple, fresh and absolutely delicious!

Packed fresh in a convenient 500ml resealable stand-up pouch, so you can use what you need and keep the rest chilled. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
